Course Instructor
Wayne Simmons lived as an expatriate in Thailand for over seven years working for international companies with software development centers in Bangkok. He served as a mentor to expatriates newly assigned to Bangkok helping them learn how to work effectively with the Thai staff. The materials in this course are a based on his “real life” experience working in Thailand.
Wayne is based in Dallas but continues to do work in Thailand and throughout Asia as an offshoring advisor.
